As part of the Yumgo website we do collect information on users but this is kept to a minimum. Yumgo! limits the use of data collection, which can be see on our Privacy Statement.

Any copying printing or reproduction of the Yumgo! website is strictly forbidden and is only allowed upon written consent by Yumgo.  

All ads submitted to the Yumgo! website for publication must be legal, honest, decent and truthful and must comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice and all other codes under supervised by the Advertising Standards Authority and the requirements of current legislation. In some cases ads submitted to Yumgo! may contain adult content which may be offensive to some. All information and graphics on the website is published in good faith, but Yumgo! do not in any circumstances  whatsoever accept responsibility for information provided by third party search boxes, advertisers or links. The accuracy or decency of any advertisement or message published on the website and disclaim all and any liability to advertisers, readers and users of any kind of any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause, whether on the part of Yumgo! advertisers, links, or  any other affiliates to Yumgo!. Yumgo! will not be responsible for the content of adverts and does not vigorously monitor ads submitted to Yumgo!. Yumgo! shall have the right but not responsibility to remove adverts which is deemed harmful or offensive or otherwise in violation of  these terms and conditions. 

The information contained on the Yumgo! website is for information purposes. Yumgo! does not make any warranties or representations as to its accuracy or reliability. We do not accept nor assume any reliability in relation to the content of the website which should not be relied upon as being accurate. We do not in any event accept liability including liability for negligence for any damage whatsoever resulting from loss of use, loss of data,  or loss profits arising out of or in connection with the use viewing or performance of this website or it's contents.

Due to the nature of the web Yumgo! may contain technical inaccuracies and or typographical errors. Information on this page is updated constantly and can be out of date. We do not accept any liability for keeping the website pages up to date nor any liability for failure to do so. Information on the site may contain offensive material which may not be the intention of Yumgo!. If such material is spotted please email yumgo@yumgo.co.uk and the material in question would be removed if deemed of an offensive nature. Yumgo! reserve the right to remove any advert, advertiser or user without notice or refund and accept no liability for loss in data, profit, or commercial gain by advertiser or user.
